University Collaboration
Weekly Labs
First, we visit Universities in our area to participate and teach in Labs weekly. This allows us to stay up to date on what university students in different majors need most and gives us the best scope of their personal and curricular requirements for success. This enables us to adapt the program to CoS (Course of Study Standards) and prepare Universities and High-schools for the road ahead; with great detail and high accuracy.
Individual Instruction
On-Site Classes
After we have adapted materials for the standards and requirements of schools and the industry, we release the material to our students first. Giving them the opportunity to learn our newest material first, keeping their marketable edge while providing our staff with invaluable feedback.
Teacher Training
Initial Release
At this stage, we bring in teachers and professors to learn with us both on-site and virtually. This gives us the opportunity to review changes to coursework and review cirriculum for each educator's needs. During this time, those who are teaching the coursework in their classrooms will have the opportunity to absorb the new material, further increasing efficacy and accuracy in the classroom.
Ongoing rollouts
Routine Updates
Educators and coursework alike are updated frequently and changes are made to a digital database made available to teachers and school staff. As part of our feedback loop we take into deep consideration each educators suggestions and concerns for each part of our curriculum development. Industry updates and new tool releases are wrapped up into the new material and promptly released.
Portfolio Development
Student Opportunities
As students finalize projects and develop their portfolios, We keep an eye out for top talent an offer opportunities for resume development, job experience and commissioned pay. When opportunities arise, we'll plan to take our best performers to GDC a global design conference and present opportunities for students to network with leading professionals.
Certification
Student Recognition
After being a part of our program, students will have the opportunity to certify after meeting industry standards. Once they pass; they'll hold a certification that is recognized by Universities, Studios and Companies looking to hire talented individuals in relevant fields.
